Life brings about challenges and hardships at times. You don’t need to feel alone in your journey
to self-discovery and working through difficult issues. I have experience working with
depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, domestic violence, court referrals, and other forensic
issues. I am passionate about overall health and well-being, cultural diversity, equality, and am
LBGTQ+ affirmative.
I earned a Masters in clinical and counseling psychology from Columbia University and a
Masters in Forensic Psychology, Professional Clinical Counselor Licensure Track from The
Chicago School of Professional Psychology where my focus was on providing culturally
sensitive counseling approaches to all individuals. I work from a holistic, person-centered
approach and provide a safe, supportive environment for self-discovery. Working with diverse
clients in different settings has helped me understand what is important to people and the
betterment of our community as a whole.
Reaching out for counseling is the first step. I look forward to helping you through the next part
of your journey toward a well-balanced, healthy approach to life. I am currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Bethany Lackey, PhD, LPC.
